Go to pivetticompany.com and locate the listing that you are interested in applying for. Click “apply” and follow the prompts to complete your application. Please note that your applications are good for anything that you qualify for and will stay on file with us for 3 months.
TO QUALIFY:
Anybody 18 years or older must fill out an application. Married couples must also upload separate applications.
All applicants must have a credit score of 650 or above with no excessive collection accounts
All applicants must have good previous (non-family) landlord references
Combined gross income must be 2.5 times the amount of the rent
IF YOU PREFER TO NOT ALLOW THE SYSTEM TO VERIFY YOUR INCOME YOU WILL NEED TO UPLOAD:
Most recent paystub if paid monthly
Last two paystubs if paid twice a month
Last three if paid every other week
Last five if paid weekly
For self-employed applicants we need the last two years of their schedule C, all pages.
